STANDARD OPERATING
PROCEDURE



  • Receive call from the participant
  • Check participant's details and type of accident/injuries and enquiry
  • Participant must provide valid driving licence,ic no,policy no and car registrastion no
  • Participant must fax the police report to call centre first before proceed to the next step
  • FSO will arrange the car replacement
  • Authorisation letter-if car is to be collected other than participant
  • Within 24hours, car will be delivered to the participant
  • Call Center / FSO will inform the nearest car collection center to participant
  • Participant confirms and sign necessary documents (check car condition before / after)
  • Participant will retrun the rental car at vehicle collection centre
  • Courtesy call to the participant for our service feedback
