STANDARD OPERATING
PROCEDURE
- Receive call from the participant
- Check participant's details and type of
accident/injuries and enquiry
- Participant must provide valid driving
licence,ic no,policy no and car registrastion no
- Participant must fax the police report to
call centre first before proceed to the next step
- FSO will arrange the car replacement
- Authorisation letter-if car is to be
collected other than participant
- Within 24hours, car will be delivered to
the participant
- Call Center / FSO will inform the nearest
car collection center to participant
- Participant confirms and sign necessary
documents (check car condition before / after)
- Participant will retrun the rental car at
vehicle collection centre
- Courtesy call to the participant for our
service feedback
