If the vehicle, registered with AMANAH AUTO ASSIST (AAA), experiences breakdown, members are entitled for the following services: -

24 Hours Roodside Repairs 

AAA technicians will liaise with member to determine whether his vehicle con be repaired on the roadside.
Roadside repairs will be provided up to a maximum of two hours of work day. AAA shall not be responsible' for any costs incurred for any spare parts required during the repairs (Subject to availability)

24 Hours Towing Service

a. If the member's vehicle cannot be repaired on the roadside, AAA will provide free unlimited towing services to the nearest AAA panel workshop.
b.If the member chooses another workshop and the distance between the breakdown location and the
chosen workshop is more than 70km, member shall bear additional distance charges at the rate of RM 1.50 per km.

Accident Towing

If the vehicle, registered with AAA, experiences an accident, AAA will organize the towing of the· member's vehicle to the nearest AAA panel workshop.

Free Battery Delivery Services

AAA shall assist to arrange for a new battery to be delivered to the scene of breakdown and provide installation services free of charge but excluding the cost of purchase of a new battery.

Emergency Medical Assistance

If a medical emergency arises fallowing a breakdown or an accident, AAA will organize an ambulance or other means of transportation to send the member to the nearest medical center or hospital. AAA shall not be responsible for any transportation cost.

Emergency Information Transmission Services

AAA shall contact the member’s immediate family in the event of breakdown or accident.


Car Rental Service

AAA shall assist the member at his own cost and expense by liaising with participating car rental companies on arranging rented cars at special discounts.


Legal Advisory Services

AAA shall assist by providing free basic legal advice to the member in the event of any road accident or traffic offence. Any legal costs of engaging a solicitor to provide legal service or to ad for and on behalf of the member is to be borne by the member.
